He is a graduate of Louisiana State University and has a B.S. in Environmental Management Systems. He is an LDEQ Certified Asbestos Inspector, Contractor/Supervisor, and Management Planner. He holds other environmental certifications such as the LDH Certified Class IV Water Operator and LDH Certified Class III Wastewater Operator licenses.
