Mold Consultation
When testing for mold and moisture in industrial, commercial, and residential facilities we can:
- Utilize high-tech infrared imaging to investigate for temperature differences (evidence of moisture presence) in energy audits, flood remediation, condensation issues, etc.
- Investigate for and identify any sources of moisture (a major indicator of potential mold growth area)
- Assess the levels of airborne mold via air cassette testing
- Determine different types of mold via laboratory analysis
- Perform post remediation testing with desire to clear areas after mold abatement
Asbestos Consultation
Are you concerned about the presence of asbestos in a building that you own or are about to own?
Our asbestos consultation and testing services include:
- Inspection and testing of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings for presence of asbestos containing building material
- Provide Contractor/Supervisor services to monitor air quality while abatement is conducted to satisfy EPA and LDEQ requirements as well as post abatement clearance sampling.
- We also provide AHERA School Asbestos Management Plan consultation services.
- All inspections are based on EPA and LDEQ requirements.
- Our consultants are certified through the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) for all asbestos services that we provide.
Lead Consultation
Is lead based paint in your industrial, commercial, or residential building a concern?
Our inspectors are certified through the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ).
- We provide prepurchase inspections for both residential and commercial buildings in order to identify if lead-based paint may be an environmental issue to occupants of the building.
- Meets HUD Requirements for the inspection of lead-based paint.
We also provide a number of other IAQ inspections for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities for parameters such as Radon, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), CO, CO2, allergens, and others.
